Exchange & Return Policy

At Fitme, we are committed to customer satisfaction and aim to provide a clear and flexible exchange and return policy.


First: Exchange & Return Conditions

  • PeriodCustomers have the right to request a return within a period of no less than seven (7) days from the date of receiving the product.
  • Customers have the right to request an exchange within seven (7) days from the date of receiving the product.


Second: Exchange & Return Conditions

To be eligible for an exchange or return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, and unwashed.
  • The product must be in its original packaging.
  • The original invoice or order number must be provided.


Third: Non-Exchangeable & Non-Returnable Products

Products cannot be exchanged or returned in the following cases:

  • Products that have been used or damaged due to misuse.
  • Products with missing items from the order.


Fourth: Exchange & Return Procedure

  • Exchange or return requests must be submitted by contacting customer service within the specified period.
  • Once the request is approved, the customer will be provided with shipping instructions.
  • Shipping costs are borne by the customer if the exchange or return is due to personal preference or customer error.
  • The store will bear the shipping costs if the issue is due to a store error or a manufacturing defect.


Fifth: Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method within 7 to 14 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the error is caused by the store.


Sixth: Damaged or Incorrect Products

If a damaged or incorrect product is received:

  • Please contact customer service within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • The customer will be compensated or the product will be replaced at no additional cost.
