Warranty is for 12 months against manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover misuse, improper use, breakage, pulling, etc.
To take advantage of the guarantee, the store must be provided with the purchase invoice as well as the return of the product with all its accessories.
If a manufacturing defect is found in the product, the service center will repair it. In the case that the product cannot be repaired, the store will replace it with the same product. In the event that the same product is not available, the customer has the right to obtain a similar substitute good.
The customer may bear the delivery/shipping fees, if needed.
Repair or replacement time is up to 14 days for warranty faults. (Does not include delivery/shipping time).
